# Publishing Partners

As well as developing video games, Jagex is a publisher of video games and works with various third-party developers to publish games developed by them. Whilst carrying out these publishing services, we may share game data collected by us from a game we publish for a third-party developer, and in turn receive game data concerning a game we publish from the developer. Both Jagex and the developer of the game use game data independently for different purposes and so are independent controllers of this shared data. We do not endorse, screen or approve, and are not responsible for, the practices or conduct of such third-party services.
